Tracy’s specialties are choreography and competitive dance team training

Tracy is a graduate of Dickson County High School where she was involved in drama, concert band, concert choir, many clubs and was a cheerleader.  She attended Austin Peay State University on a cheerleading scholarship, where she served as cheerleading captain and was involved in clubs, choir, band, drama, and a member of Kappa Delta sorority. She was on faculty for UCA cheer camps in 1983.

Mrs. Tracy received Top Honor upon graduation from APSU as “Madame Governor” for outstanding academics and athletics involvement.  After graduating from APSU with a BSN Nursing with a specialty in critical care, she currently works at Horizon Medical Center in a customer service/education role.

Mrs. Tracy has been a certified aerobics and dance instructor for 25 years, as well as a certified CPR instructor.  She has been a dance teacher for 25+ years and a Dance Company Director for 10 years where she specializes in teaching styles of lyrical/contemporary, jazz, hip hop, musical theatre, and acrobatics.

She has attended numerous dance conventions, workshops and events over the years and has taken instruction from numerous teachers such as Miah Michaels, Barry Youngblood, Jamal Sims, Jabawokez, and many more.  Served as camp counselor for Jazz on Tap tour Atlanta event, selected as “Monster for Life” in Orlando Florida 2012 (eligible to attend all Monsters of Hip Hop (MOHH) conventions FREE for rest of life) receiving this award for outstanding commitment to the event, giving 100%, and motivating others. She has performed in singing and dance roles in musicals “Hello Dolly” and “Tommy”, and was selected at a MOHH convention by Jamal Sims to be on the call-back list for the Hannah Montana movie to dance in hoedown scene. She has also assisted with choreography for many pageants, musicals and community events.

Tracy is the mother of 4 children: Quintin, Cody, Chase, and Katie, and has been happily married for 24 years to her husband Tim.  A resident of Dickson County for 40+ years, she is currently living in Burns TN.
